21 Ways to Celebrate Customer Service Week

  1. Decorate your call center with black and yellow streamers and balloons. Print out a copy of the “Bee-cause You’re Essential” poster to display in the call center. You could also make other signs: “Welcome to our Hive - The Best Place to BEE!” or “Work to BEE Proud Of” or “Bee-lieve You Can Do Hard Things” or “Sweet as can BEE!”
  2. Create a buzzworthy social media post to celebrate your team.
  3. Create a Customer Service certificate/award to each individual on your Customer Service team highlighting their individual strengths, such as:
    “Thank you for Bee-ing Helpful”
    “Thank you for Bee-ing Dependable”
    “Thank you for Bee-ing Positive”
    “Thank you for Bee-ing Patient”
You can create your own certificates using this link (or another of your choice): https://certificatemaker.creativecertificates.com/premium-certificate-maker/
  4. Sometime during the week, celebrate with breakfast! Recognize your team members with the awards at the breakfast to honor them. Have a manager or someone from the leadership team give a toast or speech to honor them.
  5. Invite your field team to send a note or text of THANKS to each of the customer service team members. Invite them to celebrate and participate during the week via the content portal on ServiceTitan.
  6. Recognize and honor the team with a SWEET gift such as gift cards, spa day, flowers, chocolates, etc.

    Hive Rules:
    Bee Humble

    Bee Kind
    Bee Respectful
    Bee Positive
    Bee Grateful
    Bee Happy
    Bee YOU!
  8. Share a festive meal or snacks. Consider a catered lunch, breakfast bar, ice-cream sundae break, or cupcake and coffee get-together. Some fun ideas include: Honeycomb cereal, black and yellow jelly beans, caramel covered popcorn, Honey nut Cheerios, Pineapple and purple grape kabobs, olive and cheese kabobs, honey lollipops, bee themed decorated cookies or cupcakes, honey stinger cheesecake… Just be creative and have fun!
  9. Write individual thank you notes to each member of your customer service team.
  10. Lunch for the Busy Bees! Have a special lunch with the owners, GM, or management team.
