Is anybody using it yet?
First for context, our team consists of Residential Hvac install and service, light commercial, Plumbing install and service, and Electrical support, service, solar and generator. 4 CSR, 5 dispatchers across all the departments and a PM for each Group.
We are working with the rules and context and it appears to be super promising! I was going to ask some prompts as well as I have a few questions that I cant find answers in help Center. I'm sure more information is on the way but....
1) has anybody noticed where the notes go when you manually resolve a task?
2) does anybody have any rules that they have set up that are particularly useful? I have a few currently in testing that look to be working well, and the Premade we use in our service dispatch workstream and they so far have proven to be helpful . those being...

I have also been playing with tasks for...
1)Permitting (when the permit needed tag is present it creates a follow up tag
2) Task to Schedule Job when Purchase Order Received Tag is applied to the job.
