I would really like for ST to have an option for dispatchers to have a live, auto-updating page showing the technicians current hours for the week. This is very vital to trying to manage labor for techs! We cannot try to keep them to 40 hours if we don't know what they are at for the week.
The only current way is through the payroll dashboard which shows the gross pay for everyone, and that is not an active permission for most dispatchers. Trying to constantly run a report does not work either.

What a great idea. This would help know which technician to assign to late appointments so it's fair and they are all working similar hours. (One isn't always stuck doing over time). Maybe post this in ideas so we can vote for it?!
