NEW FEATURE NEEDED TO ALLOW SENDING PICTURES, DOCUMENTS TO CUSTOMERS VIA TEXT/CHAT FEATURE

Wouldn't it be great if you could send pictures and documents like estimates, permits, etc to customers via the text/chat feature in ST from the office and mobile app?! We have customers often that do not want to provide an email address, they prefer to receive everything via text message. We often end up having to use our personal cell phones to send pictures/documents to customers. I am a surprised that ST does not already have this feature. THIS IS A MUST HAVE!!
