Is anyone else frustrated that there is no way to hide individual line items? We want to hide the deferred plus and minus tasks so the invoice looks more presentable to the customer. We were able to do this in our last software program ESC and it boggles our minds that this isn't an option in ST. We also would like to hide our interdepartmental line items that the customer really has no business seeing as we give credit to one department for mistakes that another made. PLEASE ST, make this happen soon! We are having to make so many workarounds amongst all of our departments because of this!
I did add it there as well. We really need this! We get calls all the time asking why this is on there, and others send in payments thinking they owe a balance.
Was there an idea created for this? I am just diving into deferred revenue and memberships and this is not something we want on customer facing invoices either.
