What metrics are you measuring to pay out bonuses?

Hey @emsmith -- depending on employee type and pay structures, here are just a few kpis tracked for bonus payouts:

Techs: average ticket, memberships converted (sold/renewed), turnovers, completed revenue

Sales: sold opportunities, total sales

Employees (csr, dispatch, etc.) - membership sales/renewal, call booking rate,
