Angie and I were talking the other day and had a question we wanted to hear from you all on. Is your call center experiencing more inbound or outbound calls right now?
Inbound, but things are slow, so we need to do more outbound calls… I'm also wondering about power dialer…is it easy to set up?
Inbounds for sure! Over 3000 last month into our Call Center.
We are working towards using the PowerDialer in Phones Pro when outbound calling so we can have 1-2 CSRs batch their outbounds into groups. Anyone used it before and have any advice?
