Editing Re-occuring Non-Job Events

We have a team meeting every Tuesday morning and it is on the dispatch board for everyone as a non job event. Every now and then, we have to have team meeting on a different day and I have to go in and edit that event. Is there a way to edit it for all technicians at the same time? If not, I will post it in ideas.

When you create a non job event, you can add multiple people all to that same event. It's over on the right hand side. All the following events related to it (if you set up event to reoccur) will be assigned to the same group of people selected so if you change the day on it, it will change for everyone on the event. That way - you are only creating 1 non job event, and just assigning everyone to it.

I love that you have the ability to create a non-job event for multiple people. Just wish you could edit them for more than one person at a time.

If you have everyone needed already assigned to the event, when you click "edit event" and change it to whatever day you want it on, it will change for everyone assigned to it. Is that not what you are trying to accomplish? Sorry if I misunderstood!

That sounds like what I am trying to accomplish, but that's not what happens for me.
