In the US, there is a feature called Property Data. (To learn more about it you can go to the little question mark help centre on your dashboard and type in “property data”). Check this out:
We recommend the following best practices when using the Property Data Display:
- Check to see if the property is owner-occupied or not.
- Check the age, square footage, and value of the home to see if there's an upsell opportunity.
This feature would be a game changer! 🤯 You would know the potential before entering a client’s home. If their home is 15 years old, there’s a good chance it has the original equipment from when it was built. Maybe you can sell them new equipment?
