My win of the week is: One of the technician's messaged me yesterday to let me know that almost every job he goes to, the client tells him how great our 'office girl' is (me). He said he realizes he doesn't tell me this feedback and word probably doesn't get back to me so he wanted to let me know. This definitely made me smile and made me realize that I'm making a difference and clients appreciate the effort I put in!
