Let’s be real, we are all busy!
Technicians working hard in the field and office staff keeps customers informed and taken care of.
Wouldn’t be nice to be able to post a “Sticky note” to the dispatch board as a reminder for everyone/those involved that a task needs done, an event is coming up, or even a simple don’t forget to swing by and grab XYZ on your way back to the shop?
I know we have ran into this being a need a time or two, well more like ALOT of times! Join me in expanding this idea so we can get a feature like this!
