We have a discount associated with our maintenance plans. Everywhere I look it is wanting me to put in a mark up. We mark up each item individually so some might be marked up 10% and others could be 50% how would you put in a 10% discount on all material if we calculate each thing different?

Hey @asnodgra are you referring to discounts on any additional repair / pull-through work that is identified by technicians while performing maintenance visits? If so, you can leverage client-specific pricing (CSP) to manage these discount rules, more information on this can be found here.
You could first set up the CSP rule, and then associate it with the agreement so that ServiceTitan will automatically suggest it to your team for any of those additional repair jobs that are created.
If you are referring to the materials used for the planned maintenance visits, you have complete control over the estimated material cost at the visit-level when building those visits during the Scope of Work step.
Please let us know what follow up questions you have!
