I didn't realize that if the Service Agreement tasks were not all equal in cost, that ST would invoice them as such. Typically, we spread the price of the agreement evenly throughout the year, regardless whether some tasks have more costs than others. My customers are now sending emails asking why we are suddenly over/underbilling. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thanks in advance.

I would also like to know how each visit is calculated and what the preferred method for even splits would be.
