Please tell me our company is not the only one that absolutely LOATHES the updated version of Service Titan. I have used this platform for about 8 years, and genuinely knew it like the back of my hand, which made it possible to do my job as well as I do. I can appreciate the need to continue to grow and keep up with the times, however, this desire to keep up is creating a major setback for us. 

It makes it impossible to navigate profiles that I used to know EVERYTHING about. We reached out to "Customer Success Management team" practically begging to opt out of the new version and to be allowed to keep the option to continue with it as it was. We were basically told, "Sorry about your luck. Post on the community page so we can see if there are an abundance of others that share your feelings and go from there." 

PLEASE tell me we aren't alone!

This is the worst!!!!!    BRING BACK THE OLD VERSION.   The updated version being new obviously is a learning curve but there is NOTHING better about it.   BAD BAD BAD idea Very Bad     It has turned an hour task for me into a 4 hour chore.

***Edit: The more days that go by that I have to use this, the more I despise it. Its causing ACTUAL problems for our company/with our customers. I just got a notification that the ST Team has changed my "idea" status to FUTURE CONSIDERATION due to how many of us feel the same way!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HAVE YOUR COWORKERS VOTE TO BRING THE OLD VERSION BACK!! We are forcing them to listen and take us seriously by voicing our side! ****

We should have the choice to "opt out" of automatic updates. Our invoices are all of a sudden printing differently; due date doesn't show, payment terms don't show. (I was able to finally make the payment terms show up) Also - we have window envelopes for mailing & the invoices don't fit the same!!! This last update was not good...

In the old design if you needed to book the job it was easily done from the call booking screen.  With the update it pulls up everything your company ever did and anything associated.  It feels like trying to shove a grape thru a straw...  It is trying to pull up to much information at one time.  Trying to pull up a commercial customer is insanely long.
