Auto-Discount

Is there a way to have a discount or fee automatically add to the invoice with another item? Say we have an afterhours call when the After Hours Service Call is added to the invoice it will automatically add a premium fee to the invoice as well.

Pricebook Auto Refresh on Mobile

Is there a way to have the Pricebook Auto Refresh on my technicians tablets instead of the manual 'Download Pricebook'? Trying to take away a step my technicians have to try and remember.
