Would anyone have any process on how they handle "chats"? Like who responds, when they respond, and how often?

We have a CSR dedicated to them on her task list, we have the other office team periodically checking them as well and if she isn't in, then we have someone else pick up the dedicated coverage. They need to be responded to within 5 minutes, but 3 minutes is optimum for Titan Score. 🙃
