Editing Re-occuring Non-Job Events

We have a team meeting every Tuesday morning and it is on the dispatch board for everyone as a non job event. Every now and then, we have to have team meeting on a different day and I have to go in and edit that event. Is there a way to edit it for all technicians at the same time? If not, I will post it in ideas.

I think that happens if you're editing all events, but if you're trying to JUST change today you have to do it one tech at a time.

This is what pops up when I click on the Event

I click Edit Event.

This pops up.

I click Only this event.

This pops up and only allows me to select one person.

I don't think so because when you select "only this event" its literally just the event on the one tech.. I would post an Idea!
