Through different experiences in our lives our minds develop thought patterns that either serve us or hurt us. It's important to clear those thoughts and reprogram our mind.

As CSRs and Dispatchers, it's easy to get our minds full throughout the day, and to become reactive to our experiences. It takes time and practice to be intentional with what we allow in our mind and how we protect it.

I tend to get lost in the negative so trying to focus on the positive as you said has been helpful.
