In Dale Carnegie's book, "How to Win Friends and Influence People," the author shares a variety of tips, principles and methods for positively influencing others through communication.

Watch this video as I share 14 of those principles with call center examples. Determine which of these principles you desire to focus on and improve. You'll be more confident and a better communicator as you practice and develop these skills.
