Merge Tags

We are looking to have Service Titan add a new feature that allows people using Marketing Pro to create custom merge tags. The merge tags they currently have are very limited not allowing us to use merge tags how we want them. Specific instances are emails for our customer appointment confirmation/cancellation. Being able to bring in customer appointment information would be helpful for us and many other Marketing Pro users.

I completely agree! The merge tag I most wish for is the location address, because many customers have more than one address. That makes sending out reminders for recurring services and memberships a little challenging, because customers don't know which location(s) the email is about. Once the Ideas portal is back up and running, I can get this submitted as an idea!
