Is there a way to search multiple job numbers?

How do i explain this? I run several reports which gives me hundreds of job numbers. I have to export that report to XLS and then filter the criteria I want to keep that needs correcting. I would like to just search these 50-70 job numbers ALL AT ONC...

When you look up the report that you need how can you print JUST THE REPORT

Our owner is very busy. He doesn't have a lot of extra time to log in and check details on progress. Is there a report out there that could be send nightly that is a summary invoice that a customer would get with? Pictures and return trip forms included?
