Adjustable Capacity Planning is a great forecasting tool for managers that requires the input of technician availability (technician shifts) to work properly, which also makes it a great tool for managing technician availability from directly within your ServiceTitan site. 

Adjustable Capacity Planning is also great for CSR’s to optimize scheduling and maximize technician availability. For example, if 11:00am is booked at 75% but 2:00pm is booked at 15% then CSR’s should schedule at 15% to maximize technician availability and minimize idle time. Adjustable Capacity Planning is also viewable from the call booking experience, saving CSR's time so they can easily see available times and days to book jobs at instead of having to frequently navigate to the call booking screen.
