We use a custom field for Age of Equipment so we can easily identify which tech to send and which calls are replacement opportunities.

I've also heard that some people put the AGE of equipment as a custom field. Excited to see what others are using.

We have a custom field for "Referrals" so we know who referred the customer to us. Then we can pull a report and send a thank you card. 

We do this one as well 🙂

We use "Member since" that is required for all Membership job types
