With a remarkable career spanning over a decade at Gulfshore Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc., she has proven her prowess by evolving from an initial Administrative Assistant to the current role of Marketing & IT Manager. In her early years at Gulfshore Air, Krista adeptly handled a range of administrative tasks, from answering phones and scheduling appointments to managing organizational responsibilities. Over time, she transitioned into a dynamic role, steering the company's marketing efforts, engaging with the community, and nurturing pivotal business relationships.
Krista is the driving force behind effectively managing all aspects of the business related to IT, providing essential training to employees on specialized software critical to operations. Being a pioneering woman in the HVAC trade, Krista brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role, boasting exceptional skills in multitasking and leveraging over a decade of experience within the HVAC industry. Her efforts have played an integral role in propelling Gulfshore Air from a $1.2 million venture to a thriving $5 million enterprise.
Krista is an active member of the LadyTitans group, dedicated to empowering and educating fellow women in the trades. She passionately utilizes the ServiceTitan software to foster camaraderie and knowledge sharing among this dynamic community. Krista had the honor of speaking at the ServiceTitan Pantheon conference, emphasizing the significance of Titan Advisor and showcasing how Gulfshore Air maximizes this robust software for unprecedented growth. She will be speaking at Toolbox Live: Call Center Edition next month.
