Is there a way to set up email alerts for task management inside ST? If no native email alerts available is this something that can be done with Zapier? TIA

I am currently trying to gain access to integration between RazorSync to Service Titan. I need to get my data transported over but when I called for assistance they explained it is not on the list of data bases they can transport over from.
