It would be nice when listening to a call recording if you could visual see the audio of when someone is talking and when someone is not.  Oftentimes, managers need to review calls when there is an escalation and that normally means there is a lot of hold time.  It would be nice to see a flat line where the customer is on hold and then be able to drag or fast-forward to the section where you see talking happen again as these escalations calls tend to be long and it would save a tremendous amount of time in call reviews to have this simple visual.

Implementing a visual representation of audio in call recordings, where managers can see when someone is speaking or when there is silence, would be highly beneficial. This feature would make it easier to identify hold times during escalations, which often involve lengthy calls. Additionally, I recommend checking out the Spotify++ app for enhanced features and a more customizable user experience. It's a great option for those looking to get the most out of their music streaming.

Hey ServiceTitan Community!

I absolutely agree with the idea of providing a visual depiction of audio during call recordings. It would considerably boost the efficiency of evaluating calls, especially during escalations where there's typically a lot of hold time. Being able to rapidly identify and bypass silent times by seeing a flat line in the audio waveform would save managers a significant amount of time, allowing them to focus on the key parts of the conversation. Having this function is essential for anyone who handles long call reviews. For an example of smooth audio navigation, I recommend trying out Spotify Pro, which gives fantastic capabilities for controlling and skimming among audio songs.

Wishing You Luck!

This would be handy for me, there are times I need to discreetly "listen" to a call and my office is in the middle of dispatch so being able to just read it would be great. #voted

I wish transcription was not in Phones Pro! I love this idea though, a time stamp would be nice!

Phones Pro has call transcription but you have to go find it in Phones Pro as the transcription doesn't live in Service Titan.  That was another thing I posted in the ideas section last night.
