Tomorrow (Thursday, July 27th) is the day! We are going to be meeting LIVE to level up as CSRs and dispatchers.
You must register for the event! The topic of tomorrow's training is "The Power of Gratitude." I've been studying and researching effective communication skills, and I'm finding so much power behind the two words, "Thank you." I'd like to share some of what I'm learning with you on the call tomorrow. I hope you'll join in the discussion and bring any stories or experiences that come to mind with this topic.
We will also have breakout rooms with small group discussions where you can ask your questions, and give guidance to other group members.
