We have an eavesdropping rule...its a must lol! All of my dispatchers are within earshot of each other and its super helpful if they can chime in when they hear something that they have info on.

Talk to customers with a smile on your face! It makes a huge difference in the way you come across on the phone.

I do this everyday but everyone in dispatch knows when I don't mean it 😂

Absolutely!! I've even heard of some call centers that put a mirror at each desk. Great advice!

Step one and two of the process I learned through a previous affinity group I was part of were LOOK IN THE MIRROR and SMILE!
