Hi Brittany,

It may be user error (ahem, Me) but I don't have 'Office Performance Report' as an option.  When I type office, the only thing that comes up is Office Activities Report or Tasks.  

Also, I watched the other video you shared on finding your KPI's, is that spreadsheet something we can create on our own, save yours and can it be used as a search feature for anything else?

The KPI spreadsheet I shared is updated with new releases, so I don't recommend making a new one. I would just use that one!

Hi there!

Office Performance is a report template. So you'll find it in the Templates dropdown on the main Reports page. But is also available as a template when you build a new report. Please note, you will not be able to build your own report if you are not on "The Works" package.

I don't understand what "The Works" package means?

ServiceTitan is sold in packages, with different levels of features in each. We have Starter, Essentials, and The Works. Custom reporting is only available in The Works.

I believe you joined ServiceTitan before packages came out. Just know, if you have that "Create Report" button in the top right of the Reports screen, you pretty much have "The Works" functionality.
