Our outbound call org at ServiceTitan is noticing there are an uptick in shops that have the same website format across the country and also the same answering system for their phones where it is a person that connects and there is no information on an owner or anything that we can find.
Their websites seem to be consistent with clips on manufacturers but there is no email information at all.
Are these shops legit? Are they exchanges that hire piece workers? Sub Contract?
