This is a new series of training videos that can only be found in the CSR/Dispatcher Group in Community. A new 10 minute training video will be added to our Knowledge Base each week.
These training videos can be viewed individually or as a team, but should always be discussed as a team. They are a great addition to your weekly Call Center meetings. The goal is to help heighten awareness, and improve the knowledge and skills of your call center members, so that your team can perform at a higher level. These trainings will be focused on customer service and personal growth.
