Hi there! Earlier this week I had searched all over the community and posted asking in Masterminds, to see if anyone had the escalation process for Schedule Engine's on call service. I needed something I could use to train dispatch and technicians. No one had it... so I went back to our rep at Schedule Engine and worked with him to get something. Here is the Schedule Engine On Call escalation process and step by step instructions for receiving the calls (for the technicians or dispatchers during after hours). Hope this helps someone else!!
