I was off for a few days, so today is my Monday. My goal for the week is to catch up from being out of the office for 3 days and hopefully make more progress on 2024 budget.

@Miranda  #PREACH!! I have been in training/traveling the last 2 weeks so this week is a catchup on the last 2. WE CAN DO HARD THINGS.

The more hats I wear, the harder it is! And I know I am not the only one in this boat!

-Train 2 new hires. Ensure they are set up for success 

-Finish a 911 plan that has been in the outline stages; if anyone has a current one they are willing to share that would be great!

@michelle54 2 new hires, how exciting!! I don't have a written 911 plan but it is something I should work on.

Yes! It is something you do not realize you need until it is too late.

My list:

• Get Dispatch Pro up and running
• Work on prioritizing procedures and getting how-tos written for everything (Kathy Nielsen's "hit by a truck" presentation at Toolbox Live... hit me like a truck!)
