We would like to have the Job on hold completion form that I created for our techs to be able to be Triggered are a Required form when they put jobs on hold. Right now, that is not an option. Is there a way that ST can make that happen?

We would like to be able to send a fillable PDF form to our customers directly from ServiceTitan via customer emails on file. Currently, you can upload a fillable document, but as soon as it's sent to customer emails, it automatically locks the document.

I would like to extend the life of an estimate link to longer than the standard 60 days so it never expires?

I need to change a location under a customer to it's own customer. Example is below. Steve Perkins is a location under B & R construction. We need to separate the two. Steve Perkins does not want B & R construction to appear on his invoices.

New to using Service Titan. We have builders we do several jobs for a week.What is the best way to catalogue all jobs under same builder that uses same products for 10 jobs/week without creating individual jobs and bookings?

What is the best way to generate a report or search for discounts? For example, we have coupons the techs can select in the Pricebook. How do you get that report?

Is there a way to view the sold hours on an estimate in desktop the same way you can see them in the estimate in mobile?
