I can't say that Monday is my favorite day of the week. Too often the day is hectic with lots of catch up. Monday can't help it that it has to be the first day of the work week though! 😌 Thank you for the reminder to have a better outlook on Monday!

@Miranda I totally get that! What are your top 3-5 tasks you do every Monday?

1. Send Payroll out to the guys for approval

2. Take care of any non-emergency calls that came in over the weekend

3. Catch up on emails

4. Process Payroll

5. Reclassify Calls

I like to get all of that done before the guys come in and are ready for first dispatch, but that doesn't always happen.

You are ROCKING it on Mondays!! How many calls on average are you having to reclassify? Payroll is my least favorite task to do, but I love that it challenges me to be precise and discuss with team members when something isn't right on how to adjust and fix processes.

Thanks! I would say between 10 and 20 depending on the weekend. Most of them are less than a minute hangups from random numbers. I love doing payroll! Numbers and bookwork is right up my alley! 😊

More so the routine of being back at work.  I have a pretty set way of doing things in the morning, check email and delegate calls, review calendar, check in with my staff to see how their weekends were, then tackle the papers on my desk from top to bottom.
