Have you ever got off the phone and thought, "UGH, that was a tough call," 😔

If so, then you're not alone. We all have tough calls, and we all struggle from time to time. The good news is, we can learn from every difficult call, and we gain new understanding, new skills, and new perspectives which can all lead to additional confidence. 

Even better news, DIFFICULT CALLS is our topic for our CSR/Dispatcher Community Group Lunch and Learn this Thursday!
