When the techs select meal it doesn't automatically get taken off their time at the end of each week when the master pay file report is ran. How do I correct this? Thank you for you help.
I am looking into payroll options and I am curious to know if I will be able to print checks from ST or will I still need to use a payroll software such as quickbooks?
Would be really nice if there was a way to reply to employee payroll disputes... Right now it's a 1-way discussion when an employee disputes payroll. Can this become a chat option rather than just a 1-way message?
Can we have the option to convert minutes to decimal time? i.e. 8 hours and 30 minutes comes out as 8.5 hours? We have to enter time in decimals to our payroll system and currently are having to convert all time by hand.
I would like a report that only shows Direct Payroll Adjustments & Commission Base Payroll Adjustments.
How is everyone handling getting signed timecards from their technicians? Also, we run different work week schedules that ST doesn't have as options yet, so the reports I print "managed technician timesheet" don't accurately break up REG and OT
Would love to see a feature that allows me to generate an automatic report to go to each technician when they clock out showing them the hours they worked that day.
