When a tech is on a job but needs to leave to say go to the supply house, how do we account for that since the supply house is not a dispatchable option unless it is made an appointment. If my tech puts the job on hold, then he can no longer see the job.

Is there any way to hold a call booking? We only book our appointments a few days in advance and advise any customers that call in that we will call them the day or so in advance before we are in their area again.

Is there a way to add an end time field when booking a call?

Currently to put in an end time we have to schedule the appointment, open the job, turn off booking notifications, reschedule the appointment for the correct end time, turn on booking notifications and then send a booking confirmation.

We need to be able to add a "new" customer, and assign them an "old" location on the Call Booking Screen. This is happening often in our market.

The current process is cumbersome: Add Customer, create fake location, book call, change owner of "old" location, merge new and old locations, inactivate old owner There should be a way to assign an old location to a "new" customer from the Call Book...
