Technician View

Is there any way for the technicians to view a Google Maps location photo? In a previous service we used the technicians would be able to see a photo of the property and general info (that is linked to google). Is there any way to add that feature?

Wrap-up message alerts

I know it would make my life a million times easier if I could get wrap-up alerts texted to me when I'm on call. Anyone else? If so, please vote!

Dispatch Board

Why can’t the dispatcher see the entire summary if we block off a time on the dispatch board? This cuts off for the dispatcher after a certain number of words and can’t see everything we type.
