Installation Crew Dispatching

Our installations technician has trouble with remembering dispatching and arrive to projects. We make a lot of corrections because of it. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to always have your technician dispatch and arrive on time?

we are implementing a new video that we would like to send to our homeowners. we'd like this to get sent on specific job types for the time being. If possible, we would like to have this sent with the job notification. does anyone know if there is a way ?

Regarding Customer Notifications... It would be nice if Service Titan would provide the ability to create / add / remove Individual Notifications with rules and selections for said notification, ability to choose notification type (text or email) wit...

Is there a report that shows the percentages of business units your company uses? Such as 25% of Service Work, 25% of Contractor... etc.

It would be nice to see which areas of your company uses what.

Currently ST only shows the previous 100 days of jobs in the job tray of the dispatch screen. Is it possible to increase this? Until today we did not even know about the 100 days and have missed some jobs- out of sight, out of mind.

I am looking for the best way to keep track of customers and follow up with them. The customer is waiting on parts or is purchasing something for us to install. They are supposed to call us to reschedule. I don't want to rely on the customer to call me.

Is there a way to run a report with all the customers you created notes for in a particular day?

Can we add an additional Trigger to forms for clock in? This would allow the creation and use of daily forms in ST. Would work for Covid screening, etc.
