Messages Color Coded

We are a very large company and sometimes our messages get lost! When technicians are texting in it would be awesome if they could be color coded by business unit that way we would differentiate. I am wondering how many others this would help!

scheduling jobs that are on hold

Is there an option for scheduling calls that have been placed on hold to have the hold removed automatically when scheduling the additional job instead of having to remove the hold in addition to actually scheduling the additional job?
